Migration from Virgin Mobile after purchase of Boost Mobile phone

Hi.  I am currently a Virgin Mobile customer and just purchased a boost mobile phone.  I would like to port (migrate) my existing phone number over to Boost.  Please provide instructions as to how to do so.  Thank you.

Hello, @RGrit! The migration process is not available online. It needs to be done on our end. We value your privacy and security. Due to the nature of your concern, we would like to authenticate your account, but for us to do this in a secure way we need to take this to a private channel where we can discuss private account information.
