I'm travelling internationally this summer. Does Boost offer an add-on that will let me use my phone in Europe or South America?
We do not have an international add-on to use services in another country. If your device meets all requirements, you may be eligible to have it unlocked which would let you use it internationally on another provider's service. View Unlocking Requirements on for Boost devices.
We do have add-on plans which allow customers to text or call from the US to other countries. View details about our International Plan add-ons.
I am trying to forward calls from my Boost phone number to my home phone number but it will not let me. Can anyone help me?
The call forwarding code you need to dial is *72 plus the 10-digit forward-to number, including its area code. To cancel this feature, dial *720 and press the "Call" button.
You should hear the three beeps sound indicating that the call forwarding feature is off. I hope this has helped you and if you have any questions, please let me know.
If you break your phone screen is that covered by phone insurance???
Boost Mobile offers device protection through Brightstar. With insurance, your phone is protected in the event of:
Accidental damage(including liquid damage and broken screens)
Out-of-warranty mechanical or electrical breakdown
If you are on the Monthly Unlimited plan, you can add Brightstar Device protection within the first 30 days after you purchase your phone for just $7/mo. The point of this is if something happens your phone, you dont have to pay 100% for a new one. With the insurance you pay a deductible that depends on the phone you have. These range from $25 - $175.
For more information check out the Boost Mobile Phone Insurance page.
I want to use an add on for more hotspot data. I'm on the $50/month plan. I used the 8gs already. I tried to add a data pack, but it didn't even show an option for an add on of any kind concerning data. Am I allowed to buy more hotspot data during this bill cycle?
To replenish your 8 GB of hotspot data under the plan, you have, you actually need to pay $50.00 to restart the whole plan as it's not compatible with data packs. That's why you get an error each time you try to add a data pack on this plan.
Be aware: by restarting your plan, your due date will change as well.
How do I add or cancel insurance?
You can add or remove the phone insurance by going to "My account" on the website at https://myaccount.boostmobile.com/ and look for the option "Change Plans or Add-ons"

Can I view my text message history online?
You can view the phone numbers you've texted as well as the date and time they were sent up to 60 days in the past. Though most numbers will be available, we can't guarantee that you'll see them all.
To view your text history online, start by logging into your My Boost account, then select the Service&Usage tab and click on the Text History link on the right side under Manage My Services.
(as shown in the image below).
Details such as embedded pictures or contents of text messages are not available online or by request. If you need to keep records of texts, there are several apps available from the Google Play store and Apple has addressed the question in this article: How to save SMS and iMessages to PC or Mac
