Have had no cell phone coverage OR texting OR internet since March 18, 2017. This makes today DAY 8! Have been conversing with Boost via Twitter @boostcares. However, help has been unsatisfactory. No timeline for when things will be fixed. All I'm told is that the fix is "complicated." I wasn't even told what was wrong or where. To add insult to injury, Boost charged me for next month...If I don't get some answers, I'm switching. What's the point in paying for a mobile device if you don't get cell or customer service?
