I have been without service for a week now in north west Indiana. I am paid up to date but my service is now in roam and I am unable to make or receive phone calls. txt messages , or use my data. I have been a loyal customer for years and have never had an issue until now. Please give me an answer as to why I am having these issues so I know if I need to change service provider.
