New account but cannot change plan

Hello! While setting up my new phone, the wrong plan was selected. When I login to my account and try to change the plan I get the error message "Failed to process Expression Evaluation "json:status""  I've tried from another device and differenct browser but still get the message. How can I change my plan? Thanks!
