Invite for family plan has a system error

I have asked to be removed from the grace period 3 or 4 times now every time they say I have been and I need to wait 3-5 days and I will get an email or a text but have never received it and its been a week this time. We changed my plan back in December so my husband and I could be on the family plan but instead we have just been paying more since then for the same exact service since I can not add him. Can I please get some help here?
