International Canada add on not working

I bought the International add-on plan for $5/mo. to get unlimited calls/SMS to Canada. I am in Canada and have no service. What do I need to do? Please help 🙂

Hey there, @tarynitup444! Thanks for contacting us. The $5 international service provides unlimited calls/sms to Canada from USA. We don't offer roaming service to have service while in Canada. We're sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
