I hate calling boost mobile customer service

I paid my bill on Dec 1 by dec7 I get a message saying I've used 17gb of data. 2 days later I get the 23gb message. I called customer service and they act like they are willing to help but before we do a "network refresh" they transfer me to "someone higher" and it's a subpoena line. The ivr comes on and then eventually hangs up. No help no customer service no tech support and still horrible data on my hotspot and my "used" mobile data. My family wanted to switch.... I guess it's time. I hate feeling like no one can help more than I hate not having my unlimited data
