How to restore back up on icloud without access to old device

I recently bought a new iphone and now im having trouble trying to restore my old iphones backup memory since i no longer have access to the phone since the phones battery stopped working completely is there another way i could back it up? I really don't want to lose all my pictures and other stuff from that phone
