Have I been throttled?

Hello, back again. I'm on a new month of the 50 dollar unlimited plan, and yet again I'm experiencing atrocious data speeds. I used more than 23gb of data back in early January and it seems I have been deprioritized ever since. I've come on here in the past and agents have checked the network with no change to my problem. I've been in a good signal strength area in multiple places, wth no change. I'm doing my best to be patient but this is becoming excessive.
