I have an older plan where the 4G LTE data is stuck at 3.5-GB but should have grown to 5-GB.
I have got texts saying I've made a payment toward growing data but never get any increase
afterwards. I'm on auto pay so payments are always there and on time. I see there are similar
complaints. I don't understand why this hasn't been fixed yet. How hard could it be to implement
software checking for and applying the growing data?
