BoostUp Mistake

I've had boost for years, I recently moved and there's no sprint towers in this area so I had to switch to a different provider. Ever since I've been getting emails that say I owe $200 on a boostup phone on a phone number that was not mine. I've called the customer service number but they can't help because the emails only show the last four digits of the number. They looked it up and said that my name was attached to a number ending in those four digits but they refuse to tell me anything about it because I can't provide the full number or the pin. I'm just trying to figure out what's going on and if I've been a victim of identity theft or a computer error.

We're deeply sorry to hear about this situation. We recommend you to contact your bank and educate them about this situation. We're unable to get any information without the phone number and pin of the account that is under the BoostUp agreement.
