I've been trying to unsubscribe from from the premier program since more than three months ago. Every time I go pay my bill at my local Boost Mobile store, the reps there tell me they have requested my account to be removed and that I shall receive a text messages within 3 days for confirmation but every month I go and pay my bill my account has not been removed from the premier program. Its really frustrating not being able to link my family plan because of this. Any solutions?????
