Thanks in advance for any responses. . My Question is about the old 60.00 unlimited plan. Im curious to if the 8 gigs of hot spot was always included in the plan or was something added on later, if it was added on at a later time was it something only available to new customers who signed on to the promotion at that time or was it also made available to customers already subscribed to the 60.00 plan ? When I go to my account online all it says is 60.00 unlimited but when call into boost to listen to my account details via recording it says I do have hot spot incluced ,but the reprisenitave says that the recording is a mistake. I know Ive been on the plan since some time in 2015 so I was curious if this is something I should have in my plan.
Any info / ideas ? Thank for reading !
