removing a line from a family plan

I have a family plan and I want to remove a number. I did the cancellation online but it hasn't removed it and its asking for payment and it's charging full price even though I canceled it?

Hi I am wondering if I  hit remove a line from my family plan if it will automatically remove the line and disconnect it's service at that moment or wait until the next billing cycle?

Hi there, babyxheath! The line is removed on the spot, but the service does not stop until the due date.
