VIP PREMIER PROGRAM

I signed up a few months ago for the VIP PREMIER PROGRAM and last month is first time it let me extend my payment so I mad each payment on the 29th of July and now I'm getting a text from Boost saying my monthly payment is due tomorrow? I'm confused I thought it woukd be due the 28th this month since it's supposed to be for 30 days??

Can I opt out of the grace period?

I don't know but since i was late with a payment last month next month i won't get the grace period so its very ridiculous because then what's the point of signing to the program i been a boost customer for so many years and i get this

Yes, but, it's annoying.  If we paid the bill, there should be "no" texts saying our bill will be interrupted if we don't pay..Hello, it's paid..If the payment has been paid, there should be "NO" additional text and I've actually had issues with loss of service and Boost seems not to care. Well, I care when I pay my bill on time(due date) each month and Boost claims, I have not had loss of service....when clearly I am. As a matter of a fact, it's happening again today. That is why I'm on here now.  This is not ok.  And furthermore, why did Boost remove the Contact link?  This is ridiculous..
