Unable to sign up for phone insurance

I've tried to sign up for phone insurance through the "get insurance" link on my account page, but I'm sent to the add-ons page with no option of adding on or signing up for insurance

if you activated the phone less of 30 days ago, we are able to add the insurance to your account to be effected on your next due date. Please send us a private message with your phone number and pin code and we will look into this. Victor21

Hi there Everyman916. To add the insurance to your phone, it needs to be within the first 30 days of activation. Victor21

I've only bought the phone within the last week, and received it only last Thursday.
