Unable to activate

I have been trying to activate a new phone on my existing account for days. I've been dealing with cs on chat for hours and hours. I am so frustrated. I have no service and sat on hold for an hour yesterday and gave up. I'm about ready to eat what I've paid to boost and switch carriers. Has anyone else been having problems activating?
