I never got the text message for information on how to get the free tidal subscription with the plan. The customer care are a bunch of incompetent morons and could not help me. They simply told me it should work and did would not address the issue further.
Tidal is the one of the main reasons I opted for this plan. Could someone who is not a complete moron from India please help me. I've had service for less than 24 hours with this company and I'm already about done with it.
I just want what I'm paying for. Is that too much to ask?
