I had the service a month now and it's been wrong the whole time. I called about it a couple times and they told me it was corrected but it still shows the same wrong name. Is there a way I can change it myself.
Hello enterends. You can manage your account options clicking here. Once you change the caller ID it takes 72 hours to update. If it is still incorrect after 72 hours, you may send us a private message so we may escalate the issue.
The caller ID is set by default to be identical to the name on the account. From the main dashboard, select the "Profile settings" link to access the option to update your name.
