Hello, KishaDrake! Thanks for being in our Community. Roaming service is offered as a convenience so customers can gain access to networks when they are temporarily outside the nationwide Sprint network. Our monthly plans include 50 minutes of domestic roaming.
You must be on a Boost Mobile Monthly plan that includes roaming and must have a device that has been enabled by us to roam. If you have both of these, you don't need to do anything to roam. It will happen automatically.

To send a private message you simply go to one of our agents profile who you want to send a message to (like Cara) and hit the "send this user a private message" button. It's under their contact section on the right side of their profile, right next to their badges.
