Removing my primary line from a 5 family plan

I want to remove my primary line from a 5 line family plan. The 4 lines still wants to be with boost mobile . I went to the store and the lady gave me an attitude and said that I need to call 611 and I did but the lady who answered hanged up as I soon as I said hello so I went online and I accidentally started a new plan and do not know how to reverse or create a new plan with just the 4 lines. My phone bill is due tomorrow that's why. Helpp
