I upgraded my plan, but instead I'm stuck on my old plan

I went to go pay my phone bill and upgrade my plan to the 60$ unlimited plan with 20 gig hotspot, but instead remained on the 50$ plan and had the extra 10$ deposited into my Boost wallet. So that shows that i paid the full amount but it didn't go through, and i needed to get the other plan with the larger hotspot. That's why i chose it. Can someone on her please bump me up to the 60$ plan

It was done on Friday at about 5 through the local Boost Mobile here in Idaho Falls
