Hard Data caps on contracted Plan?

I have had a boost mobile family plan for over a year now and we have been paying for unlimited everything and 30gb of hotspot, but as of recently (past few months) we now have a hard data cap of 35gb. Is this not breach of contract? We have been paying the same price but Boost Mobile changed our plan without us knowing and it was for the worst. This is unacceptable, even with the Tmobile merger this should not effect our current plans. I signed up for unlimited 4g data and have been changed to 35gb of 4g then slowed down to 2g, WHICH IS LITERALLY UNUSABLE AND BOOST KNOWS IT.
