Family plan

I need help. I didn't mean to set up an account as a new customer. I wanted to be added as a family member. Now the computer won't accept my me if since iam in here as a new customer. I need to cancel the account it's out there in limbo

Hi there  So sorry for this hassle; I'd love to help you with this ASAP.  Please send us a Private Message by clicking on my user name and at the right side of the pane you will see the option to send a private message. Include your phone and pin number of the new account and that of the Primary Family account.
