Family plan issue

Hello, I have been in a family plan for some months, and it was basically composed of 2 members. However, now I would like to add a new memeber, but I keep getting stuck in a screen that says "Make a Payment", yet there's no way to pay anything. - Whenever I press the submit button, I get directed to this page - - and I can do nothing.

Please, I have tried too many things so far and it just doesn't work. I have the necessary balance the page asks for and even so it doesn't work.

Hi Brenop2p. We be happy to help you. Please provide us with the primary account phone number and pin code, as well, the phone number and pin code of the line you would like to add. Please make sure that you add the payment for the new line on the primary account. Victor21
