We are trying to combine my husband's and my account to create a family plan, and we are getting an error code. Why is this?

Everyone has to be on the same plan. I had $30/$5Reboost plan for almost 7 years but to get the family plan I had to choose either $50 or $35 plan with 4G.

Could you please help me Jamie? I did all the right steps to set up the family plan and even paid $80 on the primary number.
Now it is charging $25 family plan on primary AND a monthly fee on the second line.
Why? The thought behind the family plan was to save money
Please explain.

Hi. I am also having a hard time creating a family plan. I'm following the instructions but keep receiving an error message. The most recent was "Link creation activity is not allowed for a BAN with price plan that not compatible with secondary price plan". Any suggestions?

Hi there, @mms121830! You need to check that all members are on the same plan as the Primary. Please, send us a private message with your phone number, PIN, and the phone number and PIN of the lines that you would like to add to your family plan.
