Cancelling a service/payment plan

Hello,

 

I have just ported my number to T-Mobile and I am unable to login to my account now. I want to ensure no further steps are required from my end to stop further payments from being made for my unlimited plan service.

Hello, Metrin. Once your number is ported out, your account is automatically cancelled.

Can’t find anywhere to cancel my account and service. No stores pickup and the service line is trash.
