Canceling my account.

I'm canceling my boost account because after multiple attempts to order a new phone over multiple days were cancelled, and following the instructions of support staff I was told my order was fraudulent.

Then, despite the fact that I told them that the area I moved to has no boost stores within 100 miles, the best solution I was given was "go to a boost store."

Anyway, I don't honestly care if a support person helps me with this or not, but I'm definitely not calling in and wasting my time to cancel my account, and I'm definitely not paying boost another penny.

Hi, Richardv07. We're sorry to hear about this experience. Your account will cancel automatically in 120 days when you do not use the phone or add funds. When your account is canceled, you will lose your phone number and will be unable to port your number to another carrier. Thank you for being a customer.
