Broken iPhone 6 Plus pre- owed

I brought A phone online I received date March 16 by FedEx opening up the package cut the phone on there was a white line running across the screen I contacted Boost mobile. After not receiving a return label through email I decided to go to the post office and pay for the phone to be sent back the phone was received in the facility on Monday, March 19. It was explained to me the first time 7 to 10 business days before the money be returned. Waited the 10 days, call back they say 7-14 days. On the 14 th day I call and they say allow 2-3 days it will be in your account I called back 2 days later. Now they say the order was never worked on so I have to wait 7-10AGAIN.... So I say to the man why do I have to wait he keeps saying that the policy. This is BS my 12year old used all of her birthday money and now she has no phone and no money. I have been on the phone all morning the 16th business day and there still nothing. Called back this evening they say allow 2 days.. This is a rip off. I sent it back in the time frame, paid for it to be returned. Waited all the days. Out of a phone $212.00 plus the money I paid for it to be shipped back to the building. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Read your horror story. I'm now experiencing the same hell. It is Not the employees, it is the poorly crafted computer program they found in the sewer and decided to unleash it on the public. Problem number one...purchased a Boost Android from Best Buy. Told to wait "10 or 15 minutes" for phone to be activated, then "2 to three hours", then "48 to 72 hours". I wanted to run run run but was afraid my telephone number would just go away. That and only that has not happened...yet. After 72 hours (I'm now into my fourth day and "your phone has not been activated".) For my mental health I ignored it for 12 more hours and it finally activated. No help online and the Boost telephone people were at a loss.  Android phone sucks, ordered iPhone online from Boost. You must be saying "why would you tempt fate after 4 days without a phone?" Because I'm too trusting, I guess. iPhone activated online immediately online. Yeah! Someone at Boost ( here is where I would love to know the name and address of this person) thought it would be a good idea to send me a phone that you can barely hear from phone to ear and on speaker. I'm sorry, con you turn that fan off.? I'm trying to hear my phone. Siri doesn't work. "I didn't quite get that. Here are some things you can ask me." Received phone last Friday at 5mp. Went to work, charged it and found it defective. No, this cannot be blamed on "shipping. The phone wash cushioned with MANY layers of protection. Sunday I call and the people I talk to ( might be some company hired by Boost to handle returns) Their computer did not know me and had never heard of my IMEI number. Call back in 24 to 48 hours. Sound familiar.? There's more.... On the third day they found me in the computer. By this time I have two reference numbers.  Not sure of the question I was asked next but I got it wrong and boy! I am being punished for it. I answered Friday the 27th ( when I received the phone) "Wrong answer" The correct answer was Saturday the 28th. Therefore an escalation will have to be created and sent to "Corporate". Guess when I should call back? 24 to 48 hours. Not satisfied with this answer, I decided to blow their phone up. They are prepared for this. After you are transferred repeatedly ( one person said my name was Jim, not Tim. Another said I have "a completely different" zip code. )Now I don't know my name and I don't know where I live. Had one guy say he would fix it in the computer, but subsequent people kept telling me I'm giving them the wrong zip. It is day two. Waiting for the great and powerful OZ (, Corporate) to e mail me. NO ONE will tell me the only thing I want to know. Where do I send this broken phone to. Will anybody, just ANYBODY tell me where to send my broken phone to. Oh! There is a seven day "remorse" period where you can back out of the contract. Just pay the $25 restocking fee and about $25 to overnight it so that it is received by the seventh day. Wish they would give me an extra 24 to 48 hours.

Four days to activate account and I still have a broken phone ten days later. They have broken promises. Which are now too numerous to count!

Re: Broken iPhone 6 Plus pre- owed

Bought 30 plan. It took four days to activate it. Decided I didn't like the droid I bought and ordered a used iphone. DOA. Was finally given return shipping label from Brightstar (nightmare company) after begging for twelve days for return address. Was given two escalation numbers and two other reference numbers. Multiple broken promises to get back to me. Was told to expect it to take 5 to 10 days for them to receive it and 5 to 10 days for them to send me a replacement. Shouldn't they eat the days I am  paying for the plan when I can't use the phone?

Finally received shipping label on the twelfth day. Mailed it on the thirteenth day. $2 to tape up the box and $2.50 to print the shipping label at UPS Store. Now it could be up to TWENTY days to receive a working telephone. And I'm paying for the plan during this time.
