During initial activation, some Boost subscribers are reporting devices showing Invalid SIM card errors.





Please confirm EACH of the following before considering to escalate:
1. Is the device model eligible for Boost XP?
2. All available software updates have been installed on the device while using Wi-Fi. *Often there are more than one update so please ensure user performs them ALL and no further updates are available.
3. Validate that the inserted SIM is the correct ORANGE SIM. If not, replace it with the right one and properly dispose of the old SIM.
