This my 3rd attempt to reach some type of resolution to my problem! On 8/13, I purchased the ZTE Max XL online. I made sure my address was correct before placing my order. However, Fedex couldn't deliver it because whoever is in charge of putting labels on things apparently didn't put the apt letter. It was shipped back & signed for on 8/24. I was told I'd be issued a refund & would have to place the order again. How long does this process take???? I've submitted the necessary info (tracking/return tracking numbers, order number, etc) and have yet to be notified. I've been with Boost since 2011 & this is the first time I've encountered a problem. Immediate attention to this matter would be GREATLY appreciated!!!!
