my phone has been added to another account

I am a Boost Mobile customer since 2018 and this is the first time this happened to me. I went to a Store in Houston TX to pay my bill which is always unlimited $50 plan. But in couple of minutes after paying at the store I received a message that my phone has been added to another account which is $100 for four lines and that happened without my permission. So basically I was ripped off by the sales rep at that store and they are fooling Boost Mobile also by making extra cash from customers. I have not idea how many people they are ripping off everyday. Boost mobile should take some actions against these people stealing money from us and also Boost mobile.
