iPhone 6s Plus and Samsung Galaxy S7 on backorder

I ordered an iPhone 6s Plus and a Samsung Galaxy S7 this morning and paid extra for next day shipping and got an email saying my phones were on back order and to call if I needed to cancel. I called customer service and the guy I spoke with told me I can’t cancel my order. That I would have to wait for them to be delivered, reject the order, then wait another week and a half to get my money back. This is unacceptable.
