Having an issue with Direct Carrier Billing, spoke with 3 different agents about my issue and they gave me the run around, spoke to google about it, they told me its not them, its boost mobile. i read on here that it resets when the billing cycle resets or it resets every 30 days. this needs to be fixed, and i want it fixed

Hi there ff7cloude. I understand this may be upsetting to you not able to purchase through Google Play Store if you have exceeded $50 during a 30 day cycle. I do not know if that is the case but if it is, like you pointed out, you may need to wait for the cycle to reset. On the other hand, you can try to make the purchase using a credit or debit card if the payment is over $50 or you reach your cap.
