I have tried several times to order a phone using boost up. I have been a boost mobile customer for a very long time. Every time it takes the payment from my debit card, then cancelled it. Please look into this for me.

They are the same just placed a boostup order says charge is pending but received no confirmation email and order number is not bringing anything up.
