You guys messed up my service/payment

Good evening,

 

Recently I switched from auto-reboost to the daily account. I had full service through 3/31 from my previous monthly payment, but I made the change on the evening of 3/31, and specifically selected the option for it TO CHANGE ON 4/01, NOT 3/31, therefore it would last me through today 04/03, AS I PAID $9.00. Then, I could make another payment tomorrow morning when I get paid to restore my service. Well, I had my service removed overnight, apparently, and have not had service all of today. So I am afraid somebody screwed up on boost's end,. and I am owed $3 or a day's worth of service.
