Where is my Refund?

Sir,

 

I returned my new Iphone 8 on Jan 14, 2019. That return has been processed yet I have not received the $42.68 refund for the taxes paid when I purchased the phone  Jan 6, 2019. According to your email 1/12/2019 you said the refund would be in 14 days.
"Please be
advised that a refund is given within 7-14 business days from the date
we received the device and if it meets return policy requirements. Once
your refund is successfully processed, you may then try to place an
order of iPhone 8 plus thru BoostUP! program online."

 

I cannot access my account anymore 402.541.7855, probably because I have moved my service to Sprint even though I was paid up through Feb 3, 2019. Two previous emails have gone unanswered! Please let me know the status of my refund. Thank you.

Just to update those reading this post. It has been a month since my phone was returned.  I have had several emails from customer support as well as private messages. Still I do not have my money. When they say 7-14 business days what this means is "WHEN WE DECIDE TO MARK IT AS RETURNED"

 

This is one of the many emails form them. So what Boost says and what they do are 2 different things.

also remove your contract on your account.
