I've been paying my phone bill for ~5 years through Virgin Mobile. I now need to access proof of some of these payments, but my Boost account is only showing my payments through Boost for the last 3 months since they bought Virgin Mobile. The FAQ page says my history should be available through my account here, but I can only access the last 90 days. Hello Sadiezoll. We are only able to see information on your account for the last 90 days just like the one you see on your online account. A subpoena is required to get your call, text or data detail records older than 90 days. Contact a lawyer or law enforcement for a court order or subpoena.
