Hey guys, So I decided to upgrade a week into service, I didnt realize how fast I'd run iut of data from the $35 plan. So I went with the $50 one less less than a week later.(today) I got charged the FULL $50! Now I'm no rocket scientist, but that seems a bit off. Paying the full amount instead of the difference($15). So I just want a partial refund cause I'm basically paying another $35 instead of the $15 I should be paying. Hoping to hear back so I dont have to look into changing providers. Thanks.
