Does anyone knows how to reach out to corporate Boost mobile? I've had a supervisor hang up in my face and I will not tolerate this disrespect. I've been a loyal customer for over 10 years .

I paid my bill on the 16th and they are telling me I still owe it. They keep shutting my phone off and I have to go get a fricken pre paid card and put it on to turn on my service I'm getting sick of having to do that. Can you fix this problem??
