Unable to order phone due to "Billing City, State, Zip Code" error
When I add a Galaxy S9 phone to my cart and attempt to checkout, I am given the following error regardless of payment method (tried VISA and PayPal): "Billing City, State, Zip Code combination does not exist" (see attached) My address is correct, and I have attempted checkout in multiple browsers (Chrome, IE, and Firefox). I visited a physical store over the weekend but was told that the "summer" promo currently on the website does not apply to in-store purchases.
Can someone help me complete my transaction online?

Sorry to hear that, jasonwebb. We definitely want to look into this for you. To confirm, are the billing and shipping address the same? If not, unfortunately, the order will not be processed.
