Unable to get data connection

I have been having problems with my data connection for the last 2 hours. It shows an exclamation point next to my reception bars. It has never done this before. The only thing I can think of is that boost hasn't taken my payment yet even though it reflects a 0 balance due today. I have contacted tech support and there are no outages and their steps to fix did not fix my issue. Please advise.

I changed my plan from 3 gigs to unlimited and now I have no data help
