We have been trying to purchase a phone since Monday. We have called Boost for assistance, went to the store for assistance, and have gotten no where. We have tried to use multiple credit cards and a debt card nothing has went through. Our credit card company has told us there is no problem with the cards. In fact we were told the transactions appeared to go through but Boost canceled each transaction. IF THE PHONE IS NOT IN STOCK just tell me so we can stop trying. We have been BOOST customers for 5+ years and have never had so many problems trying to purchase a phone. PLEASE check into this, I would prefer not to receive the same response I've been getting for the past several days..NO ONE KNOWS!
