Shipping Help

I ordered a phone Sunday night and still have no email with an order number. The only email I got says that my monthly payment went up because of the boost up. Am I suppose to be getting the phone today which is Tuesday? How do I get the order number that was suppose to be emailed to me once I ordered the phone? How do I get my money back for the next day shipping? Seems like Boost Mobile should not be in the shipping business.
