Hello. I tried to pay $3 for my $3 phone bill, and you charged my card $30. I did not expect this charge, and was told I was paying $3. I would like a $27 refund or if you have too, you can cancel the entire payment and I will not have an active phone until you’re willing to fix the issue.
Follow these steps: Click on the user name of the Social care agent. You will be taken to their profile. Click the "Send this User a Private Message" located on the right hand side. Type your message in the new window and click Send.
