So I make my uncle’s And grandmas phone bill payments with my card because he doesn’t speak English or really knows how to make payments for his phone. I’m tryna get a refund off a payment I accidentally made With my grandmas account and she’s not the primary number. The money was not used towards the bill because the payment wasn’t made on the primary account. I went up and called various stores and they have told me the same thing, to call and get a refund. I been calling customer service for the past week, waiting on the phone for HOURS. I just want my money back!!!! Cuz it’s just stuck there and we had to Pay the same amount in cash at a store to turn their service on again!!
