You guys owe me $5 I authorized $125. I took a screenshot the screenshot so you could see what date I took it. Yesterday while talking to a Supervisor he removed it from my account so it would no longer say this. Please credit me my money.
Im dealing with the same issue. I was on chat with them for an hour, talked to 3 different people and got nowhere. I finally told them I wasnt playing their games and I will just file for arbitration. Every representative played stupid. I even sent screenshots and still was told they could not confirm I was actually charged twice.
