-Click on the user name of the Social care agent. You will be taken to their profile.
-Click the "Send this User a Private Message" located on the right hand side.
-Type your message in the new window and click Send. @Chae1103
We have reviewed your account and the charge of $130 seems correct, since the AutoPay discount no longer applies to your account. The $5 discount was discontinued months ago, so we grandfathered previously enrolled customers in the promotion, to be removed only after specific changes in the account were performed, like cancelling the AutoPay for instance.
At this point, we're unable to restore the $5 discount promo on your account. Your monthly payment will be $130 as a result.
