I paid my bill for my 2 kids phone on 12/18/19. On 12/24 I switched my kids phones over to xfinity mobile so we could all be on one bill. I would expect to be refunded for the 3 weeks of service but haven't heard anything. Also I can no longer log in to chat with a representative since the account info is based on the phone number. When will I receive a refund?
If Services are terminated before the end of your invoicing cycle, we won’t prorate charges to the date of termination and you won’t receive a credit or refund for any unused Services. This information is found here
